Peter Efford – Managing Director Peter is fully accredited associate of the Institute for Independent Business (IIB) and has a rich and varied background across many different industries. After gaining HNC’s in both electrical/electronic and mechanical engineering, Peter moved into technical sales and marketing. Following several successive managerial and Directorship roles Peter started his own sales and marketing agency in 2003 which now focuses on website design and associated disciplines. |
 Thomas Denley |
Thomas Denley – Designer Tom first joined the 19 Dozen team during a university work placement from the University of Gloucestershire where he studied ‘Animation & Interactive Media’. Tom has been a passionate designer from a young age with a keen attention for detail and eye for design. Tom is proficient with the Adobe Creative Suite as well as open source equivalents such as GIMP and Inkscape. Additional to his design background, Tom is also experienced in web coding languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript and PHP. |
 Steve Mellor

Stephen Mellor – Project Manager & Lead Developer Stephen is responsible for project management and code creation. He has good all round skills in graphic design, code, SEO, PPC and video production. Steve’s has a BSc in Multimedia with Media Communications and highly developed skills in CSS, PHP, MySQL, Javascript, HTML, Flash, ASP SQL Server and SEO. He is adept with Adobe, Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, Premier, and Soundbooth. Steve also has hands-on knowledge of many CMS and ecommerce platforms. |

Simon Kohli – Developer Simon has recently joined the team, he has an OU degree in computing and extensive experience of HTML, DHTML, CSS, Javascript, Flash, Adobe Photoshop, Imageready & Acrobat Writer, ASP, XML, PHP, Word Press, Drupal, and Joomla. Simon also enjoys writing Java based phone Apps and has previously worked for the likes of Dyson and McMillan Publishing. |

Victor Efford – Content and Admin Following A levels in Design Technology, Chemistry and Human Biology, Victor now works with the company to upload content into websites and help with SEO campaigns. Content uploading for X-cart and CMS types including Drupal, Word Press, Joomla. Victor works closely with Stephen and Justin using SEO back-linking tools to create campaigns. |

Denis Szekely – Joomla specialist
With a vast amount of expertise, Denis is a University lecturer with an MBA degree in computing, he lectures about Computer Networks and Internet communications and has published papers about ‘Networks and Web Authoring’ and ‘Communication and Internet Security’. Formerly a system manager and head of IT managing a network with nearly a hundred PC’s (Oracle and Informix databases, SCO Unix, Linux servers, Windows clients) Denis now offers freelance website coding and IT consultancy.
